A quick and delicious dinner I came up with. Time delights were not, and so a quick meal was unexpectedly delicious. Not a sin, and on the holiday table to put. Although... salmon, and in Africa it - salmon!

Cooking
Salmon cut into fillets without skin and cut into pieces a La carte. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with seasoning for fish and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice.
Pitas cut in half. On the edge of the pita bread spread a layer of cream cheese, like ricotta.
On it two circles of tomato and some greens.
On top lay a piece of fillet. On fillet put a few slices of onion (this is optional).
Wrap the entire structure in a pita.
Put the rolls on a baking sheet, brush with oil and send in a preheated 200*C oven for 25-30 minutes.
