Cooking
Chop the celery cubes with a length of 2.5 cm.
Put in a pot and pour 4 tbsp of juice squeezed from orange.
Bring to boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes (until celery is tender.)
In a pan heat oil and sear it with a knife chopped walnuts (about 5 minutes).
Add the celery, nuts, grated orange zest and chopped parsley. Do not add salt! Of course, tastes differ, but I tried to salt the small portion and realized that this shouldn't be done, the salt just kills the interesting taste of the dish.
Mix all together and serve. Bon appetit!
