Spicy homemade ketchup to meat dishes.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    6 kg

  • Pepper

    0.5 kg

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Chili

    3 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Cardamom

    10 piece

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    15 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut tomatoes into slices, and bell pepper slices, garlic chopped. Add fennel seed, coriander, ginger, cardamom, black peppercorns, broken Bay leaf and cook for 1 hour.
