Very tasty, spicy salad. I have great respect for the zucchini salad, but this salad is an exception, for the ears ottyanesh. Banks with salad disappear instantly.

Cooking
1. Cut tomatoes into cubes and add to the pot. Then add:salt, sunflower oil and sugar. Entire mixture boil. 2. Bell pepper and chilli cut into strips. Zucchini cut into rings 5 mm wide, cut them in 4-6 pieces. 3. Put all in a pot of boiling tomatoes, bring to a boil and cook for 30 min.
4. 5 minutes until cooked add the acetic acid and crushed garlic.
5. Hot expanded into sterilized jars, roll up and wrap in a fur coat.
