Cooking
Onion peel, cut very thin (preferably rings), washed in cold boiled water, pour out, pour a weak solution of vinegar (here we have to try to taste) and marinate for 15 minutes.
Wash and cut greens (I dill), take out the onion, squeeze, mix, salt, pepper, add the lemon juice.
This salad we serve with all our meat, fatty dishes: shashlik, pilau, asipu, the Mrs...And I have had burgers. The salad also came in handy...
