Cooking
Chicken fillet wash, cut and dry.
Make a longitudinal cut so that the fillet formed pocket.
Prepare the filling: combine cream cheese, chopped cilantro and garlic.
Evenly spread the creamy filling inside the pocket. In the middle put a strip of lingonberry jam.
If necessary, secure the edges of the fillet with a toothpick. Roll each piece in the bread mixture, add salt and pepper to taste. Fry on a heated frying pan on both sides until Golden brown.
