Cellophane with minced meat and vegetables
Unusual light meal of fast preparation.

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    100 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Radish

    150 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

Fry in sesame oil minced beef for 10 minutes (stirring occasionally).

While fried minced meat, chop the onion slices, carrots and radish grate on a special grater for cooking carrots in Korean. If not there - coarsely grate.

Then boil funchoza (put in boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes).

In the pan with fried minced meat, add vegetables, stir and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Funchoza ready to discard in a colander, rinse with cold water.

At the end of cooking add to vegetables and minced garlic (skip through chesnokodavku).

Add funchoza (pre-you can cut it with scissors into smaller pieces to make it easier to eat and mix, but not necessarily). Mix well, remove from heat, sufficiently plenty of water soy sauce (be guided by your taste and your sauce, don't forget that all prepared without salt, but not "overdo it"), add the optional rice vinegar (for sushi).

Prescription are encouraged to leave the dish to soak for 1-2 hours. It seems to me that if you mix everything, it is not necessary to wait so long.
