Candy of watermelon rind
The first time I publish a recipe, so I chose proven me and my family. Sorry if the site already has this.

Ingredients

  • Watermelon

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    0.5 kg

Cooking

With the crusts cut off green skin.

Cut into thin stripes.

Cover with sugar. Leave for 4 hours.
