Cooking
With the crusts cut off green skin.
Cover with sugar. Leave for 4 hours.
Peel will give the juice.
The resulting syrup, drain and boil for 10 minutes. It needs be.
Pour over the crust and leave overnight. The next day the syrup to be drained again and boil. An hour later, another and so 4 times. Peel becomes transparent.
The last time cover with syrup, put on fire and cook until tender.
Peel to put in the dryer for 20 minutes or in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Roll the candy in powdered sugar. Fold in the jars. Store in a cool place, but not in the refrigerator. I add them to the porridge pre-cut. Doing so from the pulp of the pumpkin and zucchini.
