Cooking
Potatoes wash, peel, cut into small pieces, pour water and put to boil until cooked potatoes. Salt the water after boiling.
When potatoes are cooked, drain the water. Potatoes mash into a puree. Add the egg, milk, butter. Ready mashed potatoes to be divided into three parts.
In the first part of the mashed potatoes we add finely chopped spinach (you can use sorrel, dill).
In the second part add a teaspoon of curry.
In the third part add a tablespoon of tomato paste.
Form grease with vegetable oil and lay out parts (colored) of mashed potatoes. For calculations you can use a pastry syringe. Then the form with the puree put it in the oven for 10 minutes, until just brown. Very handy when you are expecting guests, you can prepare the form with the mashed potatoes before serving, put in the oven. Puree will be hot and toasty. On the table serve in the form in which cooked mashed potatoes.
