Appetizer of avocado with prawns
Appetizer shaped like the Biwa - traditional Japanese instrument similar to a lute. Traditional Japanese music closer to the sounds of nature and often conveys a breath of wind, the rain, the flow of the river. The essence of Japanese music, and Japanese culture can be expressed through four principles: "harmony", "respect", "purity" and "simplicity". The culinary range of tastes of the snacks fully consistent with the principles described, harmoniously combining the flavors of avocado, shrimp, celery and seasonings.

  • Avocado

  • Shrimp

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

To prepare the products. Put a saucepan with salted water for boiling shrimp. In boiling water throw the shrimp, bring to boil, drain. Shrimp cool, peel.

Peel the onion, slice thin rings. Onions in the appetizer should not be much. Depending on the size of the bulbs, might need a mate.

Mix the flesh of the avocado, celery, onion and shrimp, season with salt, sprinkle with paprika, drizzle with olive oil.
