I remembered an old loudspeaker, this simple little radio, from which came the brave marches and the chiming clock, lyrical songs and Tchaikovsky's First piano Concerto, the melodies of trombone and Gypsy romances. It satisfies all the tastes of the Soviet listener. On the background of this nice old receiver, I present to you, the scallops, the dish, the culinary range of tastes which is mixed with a subtle Oriental touch.
