Cooking
Prepare the batter: mix eggs, sugar, baking powder, honey, vegetable oil, put in a water bath and, stirring, cook until the weight increase twice.
Mix flour with 3 tbsp cocoa. Here it is necessary to clarify: you may need to delay 3 tablespoons of flour (without cocoa) :the flour is different everywhere. In the future, if the dough is watery, you can report this number. The flour with cocoa spread in the mass and stir.
Cook on medium heat for another 2-3 minutes.
On the table sift 1 Cup flour and spread the ground with cocoa. Knead the dough. It is soft, plastic.
Divide into 6-7 pieces and cover with a towel from chapping.
Roll out each layer thin, make the punctures, so that they do not swell and bake in a preheated to 200 gr. the oven. As cakes of dark, preparedness when baking will not be visible, so focused on time - they are baked for 5-7 minutes. Hot clip to your desired shape ( mine is rectangular)
Here's a pile of work... the Play of light or what, but they are in these photos seem lighter than it is.
Mix in saucepan all ingredients, except butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. until thick. Cool. Beat butter and gradually, parts, add to it the custard (still whisking). Cream get about that thickness...
Fluff all the cakes top and sides, not sparing the cream and pour chocolate icing ( mix icing sugar, cocoa and milk, cook over medium heat, once it boils, add butter.) I on top had strips of melted white chocolate.
The cake was very chocolate-delicious, if I may say so, the next day was even better... I was cut into rectangular pieces like cakes.
