Gingerbread with jam in the slow cooker
Delicious gingerbread without eggs, milk or yogurt

Ingredients

  • Jam

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Black tea

    1 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa mass

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pour 1 Cup of jam (I used strawberry) 1 tsp baking powder

Add 2 tbsp cocoa (can not add)

Next, 1 Cup of sugar

Next, 0.5 tsp soda (repaid in vinegar as the jam is sour)

Add 1 tsp sunflower oil

Pour a Cup of tea, stir

Then add the flour and knead the dough. It should be like thick cream.

Pour all in a bowl multivarki, put the program baking temperature of 120*C for about 40-50 minutes, the cover is not open for 20 minutes, and then fall

Immediately take out!!! Allow to stand in slow cooker for another 15 minutes. Then take it out and sprinkle with powdered sugar
