Cooking
Spinach clean, put under running water. Be sure to put the colander with the greens in the bowl, so soil particles settle to the bottom of the bowl, and greens are washed better.
Cook in boiling salted water for 5min. Remove with a slotted spoon
And under cold water to preserve color.
Thoroughly squeeze the spinach and add the chopped coriander, onion, rolled nuts, spices and pomegranate juice /can wine vinegar and squeeze the garlic.
All mix well, add salt to taste.
All the salad is ready! In Georgia make this salad just pomegranate but while I was making the salad, ate home prepared grain/. Had to arrange that.
And so to cut a pomegranate, to avoid damage to grain and not to stain your hands, too, has its subtleties.
