Cooking
Salmon cut into cubes.
One bundle buckwheat noodles, boil and cool.
Cut the mushrooms into four pieces and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Then place them on a towel and let the oil glass.
Mix the buckwheat noodles, mushrooms, salmon and chopped green onions, drizzle with lemon juice and mayonnaise.
I made homemade mayonnaise :-)
