Salad vegetables. Very useful and low-calorie.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

Cooking

To wash vegetables. Boil in salted water broccoli and carrots.

Broccoli cut into pieces 3-4 cm in length Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Chop the onion and thin slices of cucumber.

All mix, fill with vegetable oil and lemon juice. Add sugar, salt, pepper. Bon appetit!
