Here are the ingredients that are needed. I tried to cook a casserole of Turkey, chicken and a mix of fillet and meat of the legs (without skin). Personally I prefer the option of a Turkey or two types of chicken meat.
So, the stuffing. Grinding meat on your own. For example, I like when pieces of meat are felt. Finely chop the parsley, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese. If You want the finished pudding had a nice "tan", I suggest to do the following: mix 2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil with 2 teaspoons paprika and liberally grease the sides of the form for baking and the top of the casserole. Put the mass into shape and into the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 200*C.
The cooled pudding put into the fridge for 12 hours. I strongly recommend to give our dish to infuse!!! Retrieved on personal experience, in both hot and cold are two different taste. The relish right after the "holiday"! Before serving, decorate the pudding with slices of sun-dried tomatoes and fresh parsley.
