Description

Chocolate hearts
Chocolate-caramel candy with cashew nut. This variant is known to all the Western Goodies "Fudge" ("fudge"). I dedicate this recipe to the charming Boy – Donecke the "Lianda".

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Cashews

    100 g

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

Mix the sugar with the cocoa

Add the cream and a knob of butter. You can take just fat milk, then slightly increase the amount of oil. Put on fire, boil, stirring constantly, until then, until the sugar crystals disappear.

Meanwhile, chop the nuts. Warm it on a hot skillet, you can fry as desired.

Add to the mix broken into pieces chocolate. Chocolate can take more - 100 g, but then reduce the amount of cocoa powder.

Continue to cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until the sample is a semi – hard ball. When you drop the mixture on a cold saucer – a drop should not be spread.

Add the ground cardamom. Then pour hot nuts (it is important that the nuts were not cold, otherwise it will worsen the consistency of food), to mix.

Pour the mixture into molds, covered with an oiled parchment. I have one rectangular and small round.

Chill in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Then remove from the mold, cut into squares. I cut out hearts with cookie cutter.
