Meatloaf
This meatloaf my mom makes... and everything my mother makes it, surprisingly delicious!!! Now I learned how:) let's See what happened...

Ingredients

  • Bread

    4 slice

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Milk

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

1. The crumb of white bread soaked in milk, so to obtain a paste. 2. Add the resulting slurry, mayonnaise and finely chopped or grated on a fine grater onion in the stuffing. Season with salt to taste. On the table and spread out the gauze, the gauze evenly spread all the stuffing. On top of the meat put the chopped hard-boiled egg (as shown in pictures).

Carefully connect the edges of the cheesecloth so that the eggs were inside, to form a sausage or oval (one that will). Put obtained rolls on a baking sheet, oiled rastitelnym oil and put in pre heated oven for about an hour. Periodically open and in the allocation of juice pour over the loaf.

To get the loaf out of the oven, give it a little cool, divide into portions and serve. For a side dish like mashed potatoes. And, of course, don't forget some easy vegetable salad :) enjoy your meal!!!
