Mini squid with caviar, stuffed egg salad
In appearance - slices of eggs with caviar? But, no! These mini-calimarie! (idea from the magazine "Gastronom" 12 -2007 as amended)

Ingredients

  • Squid

  • Cheese curd

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Caviar

    6 tsp

Mini squid clean, boil for about 2 minutes. Eggs, cream cheese and mayonnaise mixed in arbitrary proportions, so it is not a liquid, stuff the squid with a salad of chopped eggs. Put in refrigerator for freezing. Before serving, slice lengthwise into circles, put on top of calmarie spoon of red caviar.
