Cooking
Herring cut into pieces.
Lime and pomegranate (leave a few kernels for garnish) squeeze the juice.
Pepper, sugar, oil, salt. Mix well.
Pour the herring marinade and leave for an hour in the fridge.
When serving, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and onion rings.
