The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2007 user Sonechco called "Fish zrazy with mushrooms" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
The stuffing I made two kinds of fish, from haddock and salmon.
Fish fillet skip through Mincer. One onion chop and add to the mince. Soak bread in milk, then squeeze. Add to the mince. Season the mince with salt and pepper, add the egg and mix well.
Mushrooms and onions finely chop and fry. From minced fish to make the cake, put in the middle of the tortillas, the filling of mushrooms and form a Patty.
And fry in vegetable oil.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or buckwheat. I have rice with vegetables.
