Description
Juicy and flavorful meat with oranges, pickled in grape juice. It turns out tender, delicious, elegant. The recipe is good for a holiday when you need a lot to prepare, and no time: the longest here is to slice the meat and onions. This can be done in the morning and leave it to marinate in the refrigerator, and then in a few minutes, add the oranges, put into a form and put it in the oven, where it no longer requires attention.

Cooking
Cut the meat into rather large chunks, and onion rings. There squeezing a few tablespoons of lemon juice. I put the skin on marinating time, for added flavor. Add salt, pepper, grape juice. Stir and put in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
When the meat has marinated, peeled oranges and cut into circles.
Spread in a baking dish half meat, onions, then half of the orange rings. The remaining meat and onion.
Bake at 200-220 deg. in the next hour.
