Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user YURISTIK called "fried rice" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The combination of the rice, the potato was a bit unusual for me, but the experiment ended in just a spectacular dinner! Fragrant, juicy, hearty casserole, with pleasure I will cook it many more times! Maybe you decide?

Cooking
Boil the rice. Onion cut into cubes, carrots - or quarter circles or grate. Onion and carrot fry in vegetable oil for about 3 minutes,
add chicken (pre-cut in small pieces), cook, stirring, 5 minutes.
Add salt to taste, pepper, add to the pan the rice, stir.
Potatoes (raw) cut into slices, put on the bottom of the form,
put the rice with chicken,
close the remaining potatoes.
For filling, whisk eggs with milk, a little pepper and pour the casserole. Cover with a lid (or foil) and bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. 5 minutes until cooked sprinkle with grated cheese.
