Description
Delicious, easy for perception and easy to prepare dish made of veal. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mouse-Katyusha called "Spicy beef Swiss" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". For unknown reasons, this recipe has been added to the kitchen of Switzerland. Colored in version, I removed the reference to this country, as precise information on the source of the recipe I have.

Cooking
The main ingredients of meals.
Potato peel and put to boil in salted water.
Veal cut into strips and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
Once the meat is browned, add sliced mushrooms and onions (half rings). Fry all together for 5 minutes, a little diminished fire.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, add lemon juice.
Pour in the white wine, increase the fire and bring to a boil.
Sprinkle with parsley, stir.
Ready the potatoes, roughly mash with a potato masher or fork.
Spread on a plate of meat with garnish. Potatoes pour the melted butter.
Served hot. As a Supplement, the author recommends that the original Worcestershire sauce.
