Cooking
Pepper wash, peel and cut into cubes peel the Carrot, grate the Garlic peel and chop Greens, wash, dry, finely chop the Cheese to grate on a coarse grater
Cottage cheese wipe through a strainer spoon
Mix cheese, cottage cheese, greens, carrot, bell pepper, garlic, mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put in the fridge for an hour
Wash the cabbage, cut off the lower part. Kachan put on the table and gently roll it out myself (not mixing the order of the leaves!). roll out the half of kacanik (about 10 leaves), clean the middle
Put the stuffing on the leaf
To roll the cabbage back into kacanik
Well and tightly roll up in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 3 hours
Remove the tape after 3 hours and cut into slices with a width of about 1.5 - 2cm Bon appetit!!! PS Helen (Cipolina), pepper can be replaced with one additional big Markovo, so it turns out very tasty!..I just really love pepper and put it (especially in summer) where possible and where not:)..so I apologize in advance for all dishes with pepper:)
