The day before yesterday was the Day my daughter. I decided to surprise her and made this cake. She loves these cakes. It is, in fact, cheesecake. Very gentle, airy, absolutely not cloying dessert.

Cooking
Grind the yolks with sugar white.
Add salt and polurethane margarine and whisk.
