Grind in a blender biscuits or mince.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the tin of condensed milk and chocolate, stir.
Put the cherries and heat to boiling.
Once it boils, remove from heat.
Add ground biscuits and mix quickly.

Put in a blender the cream cheese and powdered sugar. All beat at high speed with a nozzle knife. Get a thick and sweet cream cheese.
Spread cream on top and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
