... or, as he calls this dish my husband, a quick pilaf. I saw this recipe in cooking paper a few years ago and since then he has entered into our menu. Really helps when running out of time and need to cook something hearty.

Cooking
In fact, the dish is only rice and vegetables. Meat, sausage, or stew can be put if you want, then get even tastier and more satisfying.
Finely chop the onion and put in a preheated with oil pan. Fry until transparent.
Carrots cut into strips or grate on a coarse grater and add to the onions. All together fry until soft carrots.

Then it's easy to whisk the contents of saucepan with a fork and serve. For 5 minutes until cooked, you can add slices of sausage in 10 minutes - chopped stew. And here you have 4 options of a meal.
