Description
Prepared this dish yesterday for my husband's birthday party. Well what can I say, the chicken ate the first, and still requested the same. But alas, I only have two. The chicken turns out very tasty, and the toppings you can play on your taste.

Cooking
So, the first thing you need to "strip" our chickens. To do this, it carefully remove the skin, leaving intact only the wings and the lower part of the legs (i.e. tibia). All separated meat the delay, we will need it for stuffing. Here, it turns out such a thing, as in the photo.
Mushrooms to boil and fry. Now take all the meat that we have separated from the chicken, remove it from the bones where necessary and puree them in a blender (or grinder) + sauteed mushrooms + soaked loaf + cream + herbs (I used herbs to quit forgot :-[ ). Bread I put 2-3 slices, and cream poured on the "eye". If approximately, it may 25-30 ml. I such things as white bread and cream in the mince and put on the "eye". In forcemeat add salt, spices to taste.
Then take our "chicken" cut, spread on the table and spread the stuffing on top and around the meat - boiled quail eggs (as pictured).
After you turn the chicken and carefully sew it with threads throughout its length.
Wrap it in foil and put into the oven for about an hour at a temperature of about 200*.
After you remove the foil, grease the chicken with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs. Put into the oven for about 30 minutes (no less) that cheese has melted and chicken has acquired a Golden color.
Here's the chicken ready. After you cut it into pieces and serve. BON APPETIT!!!
And here is the breakdown.
