Crisp tomato tart
Delicious tart with crumbly structure of the test, and a very beautiful orange color.

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Jam

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Tomato juice is mixed with sugar and vanilla, add vegetable oil. Stir with a whisk.

Stir in the flour with the baking powder.

The dough is divided into two parts.

In a greased form put half of the dough, then distribute pavidlo (I have plum), from the top to close the remaining batter.

Bake the pie in a hot oven at 180* 30-40 minutes until tender. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. A pleasant tea with very tasty and attractive looking pie!
