Apple cottage cheese pie
Pie with a soft filling, a soft base and delicious crispy crust! Just impossible to put down! And how he's good with sweet and sour winter apples, late varieties... Pie is very easy to prepare and, of course, the recipe is the highlight - the method of cooking the dough base.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sour cream

Prepare all the ingredients. Eggs should be cold. Margarine should be at room temperature.

Prepare the tart base. Sift the flour in a bowl, add sugar, baking powder, chop margarine.

All triturated with your hands or a knife into a homogeneous mass - should have small, uniform crumbs, it we will use for the base of the pie and crisp.

Prepare the filling. Egg whisk with sugar. Add the cheese and sour cream. Beat all in a homogeneous mass.

Apples are cleaned from the core and finely chop. Apples cut as small as possible, so the filling will be tastier and more tender.

In the egg - cheese mixture, add apples and cinnamon, all well, mix gently.

The form for baking grease with vegetable oil. The form is better to take a split. Put into the form a large part of the base, about 2/3. Level.

Put the pie in the pre heated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes until tender. If you have the oven there is a function "grill" or "top heat", enable this function for 5-10 minutes before end of baking the pie, so pie crust dries out a bit and is just amazingly crisp.
