Cooking
The ingredients for the filling. Kiwi was supposed to lie 3 but I remembered the photo when 2 cleared.
First, do a test. Defrosted and slightly roll to one side. Then I'm going to cut corners.
Then make the box. To do this, the cut corners are joined, as if putting the rail. And so on all the corners. And then with the edge pressed a little bit. Put in oven for 20 minutes at 160*C
Now, make filling. Kiwi and pear clean, make puree. Put sugar and starch. Put on slow fire and ovarium until thick. The filling will be very thick. Starch may need more depending on juiciness of fruit. If the sauce turned out watery, then stir to dissolve the starch in a little water and mix. Do not try to reduce to a desired state, change the taste and you will viwrite out all useful.
We take out of the oven box. The middle rose, but it's not terrible. Without pity presses her back down.
Whisk the whites to firm peaks and spread on top of filling. Put back in the oven for another 10 - 15 minutes Until baked meringue (the crust will become Golden).
