Apple pie in a slow cooker
The first time I tried to bake a cake in a slow cooker. It was very tasty and, most importantly, inexpensively. :)

Ingredients

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Butter

My apples, cleaned them from seed boxes and skins and cut into slices (I'll be honest, the apples I peeled cleanse was not lazy. In fact, I didn't feel in the end.)

We now proceed to test. Thoroughly whisk the eggs so that the top has formed a light foam.

Add the vanilla and whisk.

Next, pour the sugar and also whisk to dissolve it.

And, of course, flour! Pour it little by little to avoid lumps and whisk. The dough is ready.

Included multivarku mode "heating"/"warming up", and we drown in it a piece of butter. Lubricates the walls of the slow cooker.

Spread the apples.

Pour over the dough. Close multiverse, set mode "pastries" 1 hour. After leaving in a mode "heating" another minute for 15 minutes.

Using a double boiler take out the cake from the pan, put the teapot, cut the cake and enjoy their job. ;) Bon appetit! :)
