Apple pie
Brittle, crumbly, delicate pastry. Delicate, airy, light filled and fragrant, juicy apples. In my opinion, the perfect combination... the Cake is absolutely easy and ready pretty quickly. Help yourself, it's delicious.

Ingredients

    350 ml

Filling. 150 ml of cold milk, stir vanilla pudding (prepared pudding, you can substitute 2-3 tbsp corn starch+1.5 g of vanillin)

The remaining 200 ml of milk to heat, dissolve the sugar in the milk.

Pour pudding mixture and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick mass.

Cover the filling-the cream with cling film so that the film is in contact with the surface (not a crust). Allow to cool to room temperature.

While the filling cools, prepare the dough. Mix sugar, egg and yogurt (or low fat sour cream)

Add the softened butter and the flour sifted with the baking powder and vanilla. Quickly knead the dough. The dough should be soft, gentle and even a little sticky. But much to score flour it does not suggest...

Big Apple peel, cut into thin slices. It is better to take the Apple sour varieties, or slightly reduce the amount of sugar in the filling-the cream.
