Dessert
Forgive my humor... we Have zero temperature and rain, and so want snow, New year after all ))) therefore, "in the snow"... but "drunk"? - just let the dessert be "drunk", and all the rest are just funny!!! For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Prunes

    25 piece

  • Walnuts

  • Cognac

    100 ml

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

Cooking

Prunes pour boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes to swell.

Drain the water and prunes, pour a brandy. Leave for 20 minutes.

Next, the prunes, Pat dry with paper towel and fill with nuts.

Sour cream mixed with powdered sugar. Stir until complete dissolution of the powder. If sour liquid, you can drain in a cheesecloth and hang for example over the sink to drain the excess whey, and sour cream will become thicker.

Put the prunes in a bowl. Spread on top of sour cream.

From the thinly sliced peel put out by a snowflake. Before serving, refrigerate for at least an hour.
