Cake-cake of pomegranate juice
I don't know how to make cakes with creams, I prefer the simple Italian cakes, pies (you, I believe, already convinced of this?)... I found this recipe simple cake-pie and decided to try it, hoping that it will be unusually good..... I can assure you - a VERY delicious cake!

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate juice

    100 g

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

Squeeze out the pomegranate juice. I used only one very large garnet. The juice squeezed through a juicer for oranges and lemons.

Just cut the pomegranate in half, and the rest as orange or lemon. You do it, like we always do... Filter it through a strainer or cheesecloth.

Melt the butter. Whisk sugar with eggs. Add the cooled butter. Mix well with a mixer.

Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add egg mixture and 50 g of pomegranate juice. Very good peremeshaem.

Form (I was dia. 17 cm, but the prescription - 22 cm) put some oil and throw the flour or breadcrumbs. Pour into it the dough. Put in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at temp. 180°.

While the pie is baked, prepare the impregnation: 50g pomegranate juice mix with 100 g of powdered sugar. Mix well to avoid lumps. Take out the cake-cake out of the oven. Without pulling out of shape, let the air out of the sponge rod in many places. Evenly pour the impregnation of juice.
