Cooking
Peel the potato, cut it into cubes. In a saucepan, add the water with the expectation that there will cook pasta (i.e. the pot should not be small!), put on the heat, salt the water and throw the potatoes. When the water begins to boil, drop in the pasta. Calculate the time so that to cook the potatoes enough 10 minutes if You have the type of pasta, which should be boiled for 15 minutes, then of course, paste "throws" first!
Peel the onion, cut it into cubes and fry in a large frying pan together with butter and bacon (or ham, can also be used instead of bacon and sausage with bacon).
Drain the water from the pasta and add to the frying pan to the onions with the bacon. The fire did not turn off! Sprinkle top with grated cheese "Parmesan" (you can also use any other grated hard cheese!), pepper, add 120 g soft cheese, cut into cubes and leave on high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Turn off the heat and lay on plates. BON APPETIT!
