Carrots with sesame and Japanese tamago omelet
I invite you to a small dining journey to the land of the Rising Sun. We wrongly think that in Japan, sushi/Maki/rolls and try something and nothing more. I suggest you make a mini Japanese restaurant in your own kitchen. Fast, original, and most importantly very tasty and definitely healthy!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    5 cup

  • Sesame

    0.333 cup

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Sake

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    3 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

So, for lunch we expected: Japanese tamago omelet, carrots with sesame and fish for a couple. I added another forelka for a couple. So, if you decide something else to cook meat, then cook them in advance. To the end of the last "omletes" stage you could just sit at the table.

1. Carrots with sesame seeds: first, in a small bowl mix rice vinegar, sugar, sake and soy sauce. Mix up to completely dissolve the sugar.
