Cooking
Pears cut into quarters, remove twigs and midway. The skin is cleansed. Preheat the pan, pour in it 120 grams of sugar. When the sugar melts, put the pan on the pears and let them sacramentarians from all sides.
While "fried" pear, do the test. Almond grind in a blender into flour. The pods of cardamom and crush, to remove the grain and lightly crush them (I used ground cardamom about half a teaspoon). Connect the remaining sugar and 150 gr of butter and mix on low speed.
Not stopping to whisk, add the cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and baking powder. One by one enter the eggs, add in small portions the ground almonds and flour and knead until a homogeneous mass.
Baking dish brush with remaining oil and lay pears. In the remaining caramel, add 0.5 tsp. of salt and boil on slow fire.
Walnut kernels lightly crumble with hands and place on pears.
Pour pear test. Spread the dough evenly to completely cover the pears (I have a bit peeking)).
Put the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. Ready pie cool slightly, then turn upside down on a plate.
Tender, juicy, sweet cake just waiting to get eaten)))
