Cooking
Zucchini cut into slices and fry in oil.
Mix cottage cheese with finely chopped herbs, add mayonnaise, crushed garlic, salt. Cut tomatoes into slices.
Roasted slices of zucchini tightly stacked at the bottom of the salad bowl, spread on top a layer of cheese mixture.
Then lay out slices of tomato on tomato spread the remaining cheese mixture. Then again a layer of zucchini and this layer of grease mayonnaise. On top lay the tomatoes.
