Salad
Recipe taken from the Elder hankishieva with my slight modifications. Very interesting, colorful variant of the well known salad. Perfect for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Radish

    200 g

  • Meat

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    300 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.3 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Narsharab

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

Onions cut into large rings. Mix flour in bag with salt (a pinch) and pepper, put in a package bow, to shake. Transfer to a sieve and shake off excess flour. We need oil from deep-frying.

Fry in 200 ml of hot oil and onions. To make sure that the oil is not burnt. We will need it. Bow to lay out on a paper towel to stack excess fat.

The oil from the pan to drain. I was left with a filtered 100 ml.

Peel the radish and cut into long thin strips.

Cut the meat into strips. Add it with onions to the radishes, season with salt and pepper and stir. Leave a little meat and onion to decorate the salad.

The station is Starikovskii method I have not really happened. So my version. On the bottom of the container with a narrow neck (it should butt out of the blender) spread the yolk. It needs to remain whole. Next crushed garlic clove, lemon juice, mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, Narsharab, lemon juice. Pour all of the filtered oil after deep-frying to 200 ml of oil to add from a bottle. Acuscen blender, close them with the yolk included maximum turnover. Went white emulsion, lead them up and down. Get a very flavorful sauce.

Spread the salad. Decorate with onion rings, meat, and sliced eggs. Pour the dressing. Served. Bon appetit.
