Carrot appetizer with shrimp
The original snack of carrots with shrimp and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Crab meat

    100 g

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Carrots to this snack is best to take smooth and the same size. Carrots to clear, wash. Cut the plate to length with a thickness of 2 mm. Pour soy sauce, sprinkle with ground black pepper and leave for 10 minutes.

Fry the carrots in vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side. Put on plate and cover with the package.

Prepare the stuffing. Shrimp, if frozen, pre-boil. Cheese to grate, if soft, then just mash them with a fork. Crab meat chopped (you can use crab sticks). Shrimps to clear, to set aside a few for decoration, the rest chop. A cucumber RUB on a small grater. Mix, add mayonnaise and thoroughly knead until smooth.
