Baked sea scallop
Why "Baked"? Because that's what the French call a small porcelain molds the size of a Cup. They traditionally cook this French dish. Very flavorful, hearty, a perfect hot appetizer for a romantic dinner or a festive table.

Ingredients

  • Scallop

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Cream cheese

    60 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Sea scallop give spontaneously to thaw.

Soak the scallops with a paper towel, sprinkle with salt, sugar and fry in butter until Golden hue (for 1 minutes on both sides).

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Cream bring to a boil, add the cream cheese.

Stir the sauce until smooth.

Take the ramekins, I have ramekin on the bottom put half quantity of the grated cheese.

Put on top of grilled scallops.

Next, pour the cream sauce.

On top sprinkle the remaining grated cheese and put in heated to 220 degree oven, bake until just brown cheese crust.
