Coconut rice
Very tasty, unusual and fragrant side dish. Great for meats cooked in the Oriental style. I have multivarka VITEK VT-4211 W.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    80 g

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    3 bottle

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Water

    250 ml

Cooking

In the bowl multivarki add the required amount of olive oil. To put the program "Cooking" for 10 minutes. Put pre-washed rice. Mix well.

To the rice add 250 ml of warm water.

Toss in coconut. Stir.

Add in the bowl multivarki lemon zest, salt, pepper, put a Bay leaf, nutmeg, and cloves. (Cloves is it better to place ground, powdered, but if not, then as soon as the rice is cooked, you must of meals to remove the clove Bud).
