Cooking
1 Cup flour mixed with yeast. The water to heat up to 50-55 degrees. Pour in the flour with the yeast. Mix with a fork. In the resulting mass to drive a fork the flour. Get a tight dough. Vmese olive oil. The dough is placed in a warm place. Pierce in several places with a fork.
Prepare the filling. I have 2 options: sausage and salami. Cut into slices of sausage and salami, bell pepper in 1 variant - strip, 2 - cubes, olives - circles, greens finely chop, cheese grate. Turn on the oven at 250 degrees.
While preparing the filling, the dough is ready. Roll out thin layers. I got 5 pizzas for 28, see oil-based ketchup squeezed garlic, then pepper to taste. Spread the filling, decorate with olives, fill with grated cheese (I was Dutch) and greens. Pizza bake 6-7 minutes. Most importantly, do not overdry. The dough will be very thin.
