Description
I'm back with a recipe from grandma! These wonderful, soft, fluffy and fragrant pellet grandmother roasted almost every day in the summer I had forgotten what the bread and only ate them! Remember how delicious they were with a mug of warm milk, I was sitting with Granny on his knees and ate, and my grandmother stroked my head and told me all sorts of interesting stories about himself, about his youth, particularly I loved to hear the story of my grandparents, it is truly fabulous and beautiful... ))) Girls and boys, happy Victory Day to you!!!

Cooking
Yogurt mixed with soda, if the kefir is quite sour, not quenching soda. Add the egg and vegetable oil.
Sift the flour and add liquid, knead a soft dough (flour can go a little big) dough maybe a little sticky. Sprinkle with flour and cover with a towel. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
The dough is rolled into a bundle and cut into 8-9 pieces. Pieces sprinkle with flour and roll out the tortillas as thick as a little finger, leave it again for 2-3 minutes to rest.
And while the dough is resting, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry on both sides and cover it with a lid and steamed for a few minutes. Butter to melt. Each cake to coat the top with oil and sprinkle with salt, lay in a pile and the top tight package or cover with a towel!!! So leave on for 10-15 minutes.
