Pie-Changeling
I tried this cake at his cousin and just fell in love! Long tortured her recipe. And finally! Pie with taste of pineapple and caramel. And what FLAVOR!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    75 ml

  • Orange juice

    75 ml

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

1. Beat the eggs into a rich lather. 2. A thin stream pour the juice from the pineapple and vegetable oil. Liquid - oil+juice should be 3/4 Cup. Mix well. 3. Add slowly 3/4 Cup sugar and vanilla sugar to foam is not settled. Beat for 5-7 minutes. 4. Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Beat another 10 minutes.
