Yakitori (chicken giblets)
Recipe read in the magazine "Love to cook". Very tasty! I advise everyone!!!!!

Ingredients

  • Offal

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    9 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Chicken hearts and navels stacked in a saucepan.

There add 8 tbsp of soy sauce, 4 tsp sugar, a pinch of ground black pepper, juice of 1 lemon. Marinate at least 1 hour.

The giblets, together with the marinade spread on the preheated pan and simmer on low heat, with the lid closed, until the complete evaporation of liquid.

Then add 1 tbsp. spoon of tomato paste and sour cream + 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

Stir and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Eat with a side dish or just as TASTY!!!!!!!!!!!
