Phyllo dough and glassware
Another recipe of this test and the classic method of forming patties from it.

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

In a Cup break the egg, salt, sugar, vinegar, a big spoonful of vegetable oil. Mix everything together and add warm water to get 270-300 ml of liquid, add the flour and knead a soft dough. Let rest for 10 minutes. To divide into pieces, brush them with vegetable oil and again to rest. Taking a piece of dough, roll it.

Now coat hands with vegetable oil, begin to stretch on the table, on weight, lifting the edges to very thin condition, believe me, it is not difficult. If it will break, it's not terrible, the product is multi-layered. I made this dough several times, I really like it, especially glassware.

The resulting circle divided into two. Grease melted butter one half and fold it in half in length, and again to coat with oil. On one end put a teaspoon with the top of the filling. (I had sauteed beef with onions and tomatoes). And bend the corner.

And so to the end. Maybe they'll get triangles of irregular shape, but it will be pies of Filo pastry, which we prepared with your own hands.

Bake in preheated oven at 200-220 degrees until Golden brown.
